Netus Lead Machine LLC ("we", "VozFlow") operates the platform vozflow.app and the VozFlow desktop application. This notice describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: Email, name (optional) when you register or purchase a license.
• Payment data: Processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: Operating system, app version, activated devices, installation date.
• Marketing data: UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) when visiting our site.
• Support data: Messages and attachments sent through support tickets.

2. How we use your information

• Manage your license and device activations.
• Process payments and renewals.
• Send transactional emails (magic links, confirmations, reminders).
• Administer the referral and affiliate programs.
• Improve our product and support service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Your voice and transcription data

When you use VozFlow, your audio is sent to the AI transcription provider you configure (Groq or OpenAI) through their API for processing. This means your audio leaves your device and travels to their servers for transcription.

Important clarifications:

• VozFlow does not store, retain or have access to your voice recordings or generated transcriptions.
• Groq does not retain your data by default and does not use your audio to train AI models.
• You configure and manage your own API key directly with the provider. VozFlow does not manage or have access to your API key credentials.
• The processing of your audio by these providers is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Supabase: Account data storage (with encryption at rest).
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics: Web analytics for usage patterns.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook): Advertising campaign measurement.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies

• Essential: Session authentication (Supabase). Always active, required for the site to function.
• Analytics: Google Analytics cookies to understand usage patterns and improve our service.
• Marketing: Meta Pixel (Facebook) cookies to measure advertising campaign effectiveness.

For users in the European Union, analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after explicit consent. You can manage your preferences at any time from the cookie settings link in our footer.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by sending an email to info@vozflow.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security in the database, and API keys with minimum permissions. Payments are processed under Stripe's PCI DSS standards.
